Here for sale is this beautiful 2006 Jaguar S-Type R 4.2 Supercharged with the gorgeous two-tone tan and black leather interior.

This S-Type R was Jaguar's answer to the E39 BMW M5, offering a 4.2 litre supercharged V8 offering 400Bhp and 540Nm of torque.

It is up there with the likes of the BMW M5 and Mercedes AMG models, with very impressive performance figures of 0-60 in 5.3 seconds and a limited top speed of 155 mph from its 400bhp V8 engine.

Over the standard S-Type, the S-Type R features 18'' alloy wheels, larger R-embossed Brembo Brake callipers, rear spoiler, and adaptive suspension along with wire mesh grill and various R-embossed badging.

It has the well-renowned ZF 6-speed automatic gearbox.

Over its German rivals, the STR offers that little bit of luxury and refinement that is a requirement and often the very epitome of a Jag - the gentleman's cruiser.

This may be one of the ultimate "Q" or sleeper cars.

Very good conditional overall. The bodywork presents very well all around the car. There are no major marks or dents, etc. Please have a good peruse of all the photos. This is a very nice example.

Drives very well with plenty of power. The gearbox is nice and smooth.

Lovely aftermarket exhaust with a nice little burble. It's characterful and tasteful, but certainly not over the top.
