Mechanical Condition:
The 2.5 litre V6 engine is extremely reliable and renowned for strong build quality with no known issues. This example with low mileage and well serviced drives particularly well with smooth power delivery. The 6 speed automatic is very smooth and operates as it should, this example is a pleasure to drive. The 16 inch alloy wheels with 'SE' suspension provide a very comfortable ride quality. There are no warning lights on the dashboard after extended test drive. Premium Michelin tyres fitted all round with approx 6mm tread. An absolute pleasure to drive with worry free motoring. Exterior Condition:
Presented in Platinum Silver Metallic with very subtle chrome additions and 16 inch wheels, this is a gorgeous looking S-Type. The cherished number plate shown in the pictures is included in the sale. Bodywork is exceptional for the year. Front and rear parking sensors with no scuffs to bumpers, car park dents or other notable marks. There are no large or excess stone chips to the front end. There is no corrosion to bodywork. Interior Condition:
A classically specified interior environment as can be seen from the pictures with desirable Barley Leather, Sat Nav and Heated Seats etc. This Jaguar has never been smoked in (original lighter never used) and there are no lingering smells. The leather is all in very clean condition with no excess wear or dirt, likewise the carpets and over carpets. Rear seats are very clean and look hardly, if ever, used. All the sills, door shuts and engine bay are impressively clean. The boot area is very clean , no stains or smells, space saver and tools present and never used.
