Job Title: Trainee IT Support Engineer
Location: Ramsgate
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus bonus & profit share (30K OTE)
Job Type: Full time/permanent

Duties include:
Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team
Assist with user account management, including creating and managing user profiles and permissions
Document all support activities and solutions in the ticketing system
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure timely xjnqpsq resolution of issues
Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction with technical support servicesQualifications/Skills required:
A passion for IT & Technology
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of basic computer troubleshooting
Qualification in IT would be preferred but not essential
Excellent customer service skills
