I am working with a consultancy feeding into the public sector.
Outside IR35
Public sector experience
Fully remote
£350 per day
Assess existing platforms and data sources (e.g. aquaculture/performance data sites, planning portals) and the feasibility of reuse or integration. xjnqpsq
Define high‑level target architecture, integration patterns, security, data‑sharing, and scalability to other consenting regimes.
Advise on technical constraints/assumptions that must shape the prototype and the future build
