Technical Architect - SC Cleared - AWS Authentication

SR2 is supporting a high-profile, customer-facing programme and is looking for an experienced Technical Architect to join on a contract basis.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates will require active SC clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary delivery teams

Take ownership of technical outcomes and support teams through design and delivery

Lead technical decision-making and take a balanced approach to technology selection

Work closely with software engineers, product, delivery and other technical specialists

Support the integration of authentication and identity services across user-facing applications

Influence senior stakeholders and support evidence-based technical decision-makingEssential skills

Strong experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar architecture-focused role

Strong software development background

Experience with identity, authentication and authorisation technologies

Good working knowledge of OIDC and OAuth

Experience designing user-facing web or application xjnqpsq integrations

Strong AWS/cloud experience

Experience leading technical teams and delivering user-focused digital services

Strong understanding of application architecture, security and scalability

Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams

Understanding of continuous delivery and DevOps cultures

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
