Bath (Hybrid)
£40,000+ DOE
The Role
We're working with a purpose-driven health tech company building software that genuinely improves patient outcomes. They're looking for a SysOps Engineer to support and evolve their AWS-based infrastructure.
You'll be joining a collaborative, agile team where engineers take real ownership. This isn't a ticket-driven environment, you'll be involved in shaping infrastructure, improving systems and working closely with developers and product teams.
What you'll be doing
Supporting and improving AWS infrastructure across multiple environments
Maintaining high availability, security and performance
Working with Terraform and Ansible to manage infrastructure as code
Monitoring systems and responding to incidents
Collaborating with engineers across the business
Tech stack
AWS (EC2, VPC), Linux, Terraform, Ansible, Bash/Python, PHP/MySQL
What they're looking for
~3-5 years in a DevOps / SysOps / Cloud role
Strong AWS experience
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform ideal)
Linux systems experience
Scripting (Bash or Python)
