Project Manager

Location: Remote – but need to be in a commutable distance to Wales

Contract: 3 months, 37 hours a week, Monday-Friday

Rate: £24.25 p/hr – annual equivalent of £46,662

Role Overview

We are working with a prestigious public sector organisation based in Wales to recruit an experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of digital, data and technology (DDaT) projects.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering projects within a wider DDaT programme, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

Key Role Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of projects using established frameworks and governance processes

Work closely with stakeholders to support business change and ensure successful adoption of systems

Build strong relationships across teams and with external partners, resolving issues where needed

Ensure solutions meet accessibility and Welsh language requirements

Support service introduction and continuous improvement of project delivery practicesAbout You

You will have experience delivering IT, digital or data projects xjnqpsq with a strong knowledge of PRINCE2 and familiarity with Agile approaches. You’ll be confident managing stakeholders, working with suppliers, and operating in data-rich environments using tools such as Azure and Microsoft 365.

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities
