Producing regular progress updates, reports and management information

Collating data, statistics and case studies to demonstrate programme outcomes and impact

Undertaking research and gathering information to support new projects and opportunities

Supporting wider programme activities, launches and events where required

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience supporting, coordinating or delivering projects or programmes

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience maintaining project documentation, plans, records or action logs

Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders

Experience producing project updates, reports or management information

Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work

Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and numerical information

The ability to take ownership of tasks and follow actions through to completion

A proactive approach with the confidence to identify issues and escalate where appropriate

Good working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

Experience within education, training, skills development or technology would be beneficial but isn't essential.

Any exposure to project management methodologies, coordinating external partners or supporting events/programme launches would also be advantageous.

An interest in cyber security or the wider technology sector would be a bonus.
