Commitment: interim / Associate
The role
Senior accountable lead for a system-level digital discovery. Owns confidence, coherence, and assurance, ensuring outputs are decision-ready and aligned to national NHS priorities.
What you’ll do
Act as the senior digital lead for discovery at Trust / system level
Engage and influence Board-level and senior clinical stakeholders
Define digital priorities, capability gaps, and feasible future direction
Assure outputs for investment, phasing, and next-step delivery
Align community digital strategy to neighbourhood health and the NHS 10-Year Plan
What we’re looking for
Senior NHS digital xjnqpsq / transformation leader
Proven discovery and strategy experience (not delivery-only)
Board-level credibility and clinical confidence
Strong digital literacy (EPR, integration, data)
Comfortable operating in ambiguity at pace
