Key Responsibilities:

* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

* Analyse processes and suggest improvements

* Support the delivery of new systems, processes, or products

* Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers

* Prepare reports, process maps, and presentations

Requirements:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Organised and detail-oriented

* Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams

* Analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving

* Degree preferred (Business, IT, or related), but strong candidates without a degree will be considered

* Previous exposure to office, business, or tech environments is beneficial, not essential
