The Opportunity
We're working with an innovative and fast-growing fintech business, to recruit an Applications Support Engineer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, working closely with customers, and collaborating with development teams to deliver real, impactful solutions.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to build your technical skills across modern technologies, this role offers both challenge and progression.
Essential Skills
Experience in application/software support or a similar technical support role
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills (technical → non-technical audiences)
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to learn and grow
Desirable Experience
Exposure to C#, SQL Server, or similar technologies
Understanding of APIs, JSON, or web-based systems
Knowledge of Agile / DevOps environments
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, IIS
Exposure to Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git
