IT Systems Administrator/Suport Technician

Description

We are looking for a systems administratorsupport engineer to join our small friendly team in Sidmouth.

Duties will involve multilevel support for a wide range of business customers to a very high level as well as infrastructure improvements & commissioning of equipment. High customer service levels are key to our business which also requires the ability to communicate well.

The candidate should have a good working knowledge of the following systems & technologies;

PC Desktop & Workstation,
All modern Windows operating systems
Windows server operating systems
Microsoft 365 administration
Azure AD
Policy management
Microsoft Exchange
IIS
RDS
SharePoint
Security
Networking technologies: TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, VPN’s
RAID,
Router/Firewall technologies & security

The candidate would need to be an organised and self motivated individual capable of working in a fast paced environment. The ability to work well within a team is a necessity, as is the desire to complete work to a high standard.

This is a permanent position working on a 40hr week
