As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of IT for employees across the organisation. You'll provide both first- and second-line support, ensuring systems, devices and software run smoothly so the business can keep moving.

What You'll Do

Deliver hands-on IT support via phone, email and face-to-face

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues

Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals

Manage user accounts, permissions and access

Install and update applications and operating systems

Maintain IT documentation, logs and asset records

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Escalate complex issues when needed

Ensure IT security and data protection compliance

Support IT improvement projects and rollouts Who You Are

Approachable, patient and proactive

Strong troubleshooting and technical skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Able to prioritise workload

Great attention to detail

Solid understanding of Windows and/or macOS

Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin

ERP experience is a bonus
