IT Smart Technician Apprentice

Our client’s architecture firm in Devon relies on its IT systems for everything, from managing projects and storing data to communication and design work. Keeping these systems running smoothly is essential.

As an Apprentice, you’ll learn how to support these systems and help the team with day-to-day IT tasks. You’ll work closely with the IT Manager and escalate issues when needed. This is a great opportunity to start your career in IT and smart technology with plenty of guidance and training.

KEY DUTIES –

* Learn how to provide basic technical support to staff, both in person and remotely.

* Assist with setting up computers, installing software, and keeping systems updated.

* Help maintain the security of data and networks.

* Support with creating and managing user accounts and permissions. xjnqpsq

* Work with managers and directors on IT-related tasks and learn about new technologies like IoT (Internet of Things).
