Job Title: IT Deployment Engineer

Location: Lister Hospital, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 4AB

Company: East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust

Contract: 3 – 4 months (subject to review)(Possibility of extension)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm (37.5 hours/week, 100% onsite)

Pay: £15.33 per hour + holiday pay

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Windows 10 to 11 Deployment Engineer to lead the migration of desktops and laptops across our NHS Trust sites. You’ll use SCCM/MDT to deploy Windows 11 with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deploy and configure Windows 11 on end-user devices using SCCM/MDT

* Perform device imaging, BIOS updates, and hardware compatibility checks

* Troubleshoot deployment issues and manage data migration

Essential Skills:

* Proven experience in Windows 10 to 11 migration projects

* Hands-on with Microsoft deployment tools: SCCM, MDT

* Knowledge of Windows 11 hardware requirements and troubleshooting

* NHS/healthcare IT experience (preferred)
