ICT Service Delivery Manager

Description

We're looking for an experienced ICT Service Delivery Manager to join a ICT team during an exciting period of organisational change.

You'll lead the operational delivery of ICT services, ensuring systems are reliable, secure and customer focused while managing service improvements, ICT projects and day-to-day operations across Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security and Development teams.

* Location: Southfield Road, Loughborough (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days remote)

* Pay: £22.41 per hour PAYE / £29.40 per hour Umbrella

* Contract: 12 months+ | Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage ICT service delivery and service performance.

* Lead ICT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Support digital transformation and organisational change.

* Work closely with ICT managers, suppliers and stakeholders.

* Ensure effective governance, cyber security, business continuity and risk management.

About You:

* Significant ICT Service Delivery or ICT Operations Management experience.

* ITIL qualified (Foundation or above).

* Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile or similar).

* Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Local Government or public sector experience is desirable. xjnqpsq
