Role: Functional Strategy Generalist (AI & Operations)

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Duration: 1-Year Contract (Starts July 2026)

The Challenge

We are looking for an entrepreneurial strategist to join our international Strategy & Operations team, supporting a massive 500+ stakeholder EMEA organization. This isn't a passive program management role-you will actively shape the future of work by driving AI transformation, streamlining large-scale operations, and building the data models for our 2027 planning cycle.

The Three Pillars We Need

If you have 10-12 years of experience in Strategy & Ops or top-tier Management Consulting, we want you-but you must possess these three non-negotiable skill sets:

AI Builder, Not Just a User: You don't just prompt AI; you build with it. You have hands-on experience using developer/enterprise tools to build automated agents, connect data sources, and script workflows.

Elite Spreadsheet Analytics: You are a master of deep-dive quantitative analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting. You can turn raw data into executive-level strategy. xjnqpsq

Scale & Ambiguity Tolerance: You thrive when priorities shift and have a proven track record of landing major initiatives across 500+ stakeholders.
