Location: Croydon (1 day per week onsite)

Day rate: £520 - £570 Inside IR35

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Front-End Application Developer to join a fast-paced engineering team working on modern, user-focused web applications. This role is hands-on and delivery-driven, with a strong emphasis on clean, scalable front-end development using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
You'll collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product stakeholders to build responsive, high-quality user interfaces and improve overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain front-end applications using React
Develop clean, maintainable code using TypeScript and JavaScript (browser-based)
Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality user interfaces
Integrate front-end components with APIs and backend services
Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Contribute to code reviews and front-end best practices
Support testing and quality assurance activitiesRequired Skills & Experience
Strong experience with React
Solid proficiency xjnqpsq in TypeScript and JavaScript in the browser
Experience building modern, responsive web applications
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end architecture
Familiarity with REST APIs and frontend integration patternsNice to Have
Experience with Playwright for front-end or end-to-end testing
Knowledge of automated testing strategies for UI applications
Experience working in Agile or DevOps-driven teams
