* Learn & Grow – Develop in-depth knowledge of Retail IT systems and EPoS technology.
* Provide Remote Support – Configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions from our office.
* Train Users Virtually – Conduct online training sessions and guide customers through system features.
* Collaborate – Work closely with our technical team to resolve complex challenges quickly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
* Tech Enthusiast – A genuine interest in IT hardware and software.
* Qualified & Ambitious – IT qualification (degree or apprenticeship is ideal), Level 6 preferred but not essential.
* Customer-Focused – Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Bonus Points – Experience with Retail/Hospitality IT or EPoS systems.
