Growth Marketing Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Experience: 5-8 Years (Mid-Senior)
Role: Strategic lead for Go-To-Market (GTM) team.

The Role
You will lead the strategy for major marketing moments and developer partnerships. This is a high-impact, autonomous role where you define the "why" and "how," briefing operational teams to execute your vision.
Candidate Checklist
Experience: 5+ years in B2C Growth or Digital Marketing.
Domain: Expert in Apps, Mobile Gaming, or high-growth E-commerce.
Scope: Proven experience in global/EMEA structures managing senior stakeholders.

Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Define EMEA-wide growth strategies and seasonal campaign roadmaps.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external developer partners.
