Contract Senior Learning Experience Designer

Our key client is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping impactful learning solutions aligned with digital and technology needs. This is a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving innovative learning experiences across the organisation.

Key Information

Role: Senior Learning Experience Designer

Location: Manchester(2 days per week on site - non-negotiable)

Rate: £400 - £420 per day (Inside IR35)

IR35: Inside

Contract Length: 12 months

Start Date: Early/Mid September 2025

Role Summary

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing, curating, and implementing learning content that aligns with business needs and enhances the learner experience.

Skills & Experience Needed

Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS front-end UX

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5-8 years in product/learning leadership roles

Expertise in learning technologies and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile)

Skilled in storyboarding, scripting, and instructional writing

Experience in blended learning programs and campaigns

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Commercial acumen and project management experience (Agile/Waterfall)

Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs

Knowledge of LMS coding is a plus
