What We're Looking For:

A Change Catalyst: Someone who thrives on the people's side of change, ensuring new processes, technologies, and roles are adopted seamlessly.

An Independent Problem-Solver: You're comfortable working with minimal guidance, taking a fresh perspective to find the best solutions.

An Influential Leader: You can effectively influence colleagues and stakeholders outside your immediate area, serving as a coach to senior leaders and a guide to managers.Be the person who helps everyone from the top down get excited about new ways of working. You'll need solid Prosci experience and a deep understanding of the ADKAR model to guide our teams through these transitions. You'll be the expert, the coach, and the guide, working mostly on your own to solve tricky problems and keep everything moving smoothly. If you're the kind of person who can make a complex shift feel as easy as unwrapping your favorite treat, this role is for you.
