Are you a driven AV/IT Engineer with leadership experience, looking to take ownership of exciting nationwide projects while developing your technical skills within a highly respected business?

In this role, you will travel across the UK alongside a team of engineers, delivering AV and IT projects involving networking, servers, switches, system installations, and cabling. You will take a lead role on projects, ensuring delivery from start to finish while maintaining high technical standards.

You will also act as a mentor to junior engineers, supporting their development and contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment. This position offers the opportunity to showcase leadership skills while remaining hands-on with cutting-edge technology.

The Role:

Travel across the UK delivering AV and IT installation projects

Work on networking, servers, switches, hardware assembly, and cabling

Lead projects from initial setup through to completion

Mentor and support junior engineers within the team

Contribute technical expertise to ensure successful deliveryThe Person:

Experienced engineer within AV/IT projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
