Application Support Analyst
Bristol - Hybrid
£30,000 - £38,000
We are working with an industry leader that is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join the organisation as it grows from strength to strength.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business where you'll play a key role in maintaining application performance, resolving technical issues and driving continuous system improvements.
What You'll Do
* Support and maintain core business applications including ERP and other business applications.
* Investigate and resolve application incidents and service requests.
* Work with third-party suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot system issues.
* Support application changes, upgrades and testing activities.
* Monitor integrations, data flows and operational processes.
* Partner with business stakeholders to improve system functionality and performance.
* Participate in an on-call support rota when required.
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Previous experience in an Application Support Analyst or similar role.
* Experience supporting ERP and other applications.
* Good SQL skills. xjnqpsq
* Experience working with .NET.
* Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
