Description
Network IT is currently looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a busy support function (team of 8) and support in working through a ticket backlog, in an environment where a number of the systems are heavily customised and specific to the client’s sector.
This role suits a proactive contractor who can take ownership of tickets and work independently across a range of heavily customised systems, utilising documentation and colleague support when needed, along with escalating to and collaborating with the development team.
Although a lot of our client’s systems are heavily customised, they do have some non-negotiables that you will need to have to hit the ground running: SharePoint, basic SQL knowledge, PowerShell scripting, Azure / AD, and Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM support are all essential.
The client usually go onsite on a Wednesday, so it would be ideal for you to work to this pattern in support of upskilling on the technology estate.
