FOR STUDENTS: I provide personalised GCSE and A-level Computer Science tuition, tailored to examination board requirements and individual learning needs. The focus is on developing genuine understanding, programming and problem-solving skills, and the confidence to apply knowledge independently.

FOR ADULTS AND PROFESSIONALS: I offer practical training from foundational computer skills through to advanced Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and artificial intelligence. Sessions focus on real-world applications, helping people work more confidently, efficiently and independently.

FOR BUSINESSES AND ORGANISATIONS: ByteWise Digital provides specialist support in AI adoption, employee training, digital productivity, professional document standards and bespoke digital learning design. Rather than offering generic solutions, I work with clients to understand their challenges and develop practical, tailored approaches that strengthen employee capabilities and support more effective working practices.

I'm Victoria H. Higginson, a qualified teacher (QTS), Microsoft Office Specialist Master and Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (FLPI). With over 20 years' experience spanning education, technology and professional training, including international organisations and the legal sector, I bring together teaching expertise, technical knowledge and a practical understanding of how people learn and adopt technology.

Individual tuition and training are delivered online, while business services offer flexible remote, onsite and hybrid arrangements according to requirements.
