Description

The Defender IPL, uses the largest of our touchscreen displays, and offers an increased power output, with the 800w power boards internally. The software on the machine can be easily updated via the USB slot on the back of the machine, so its easy to stay up to date with new software revisions etc.. You can also use the USB port to control the machine via a USB Wired Mouse if preferred
The IPL handpiece comes in a choice of size, small ones are suitable for small lareas like the face etc.. where the larger ones are better for bigger areas such as the back or legs, as this significantly reduces your working time. There are 5 functions in the IPl programme, and there are:

The Defender IPL contains all the same components internally as the larger wheeled models, with no difference in outputs etc.. We now offer free machine branding on the 10″ touchscreen display if you have a logo you want to use. You can add the SHR handpiece at anytime to make it a dual machine.

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a kind of light with high energy and broad wavelength, within the range from 430nm to 1200nm. Intense Pulsed Light with broad spectrum affects pigmentations, and hair follicles. Photothermic and photochemical action will be triggered by the radiation of IPL. Pigment is shattered and eliminated out of body through metabolism. Meanwhile, IPL will also promote collagen production, which can make the skin more flexible and smooth. The light with long wavelength can easily pass through epidermis layer to the hair follicles in the deep skin layer. At the targeted area, high energy occurs to destroy follicles and hair shaft, preventing regrowth of new hair. With a series of treatment, IPL technology can help restore a more youthful appearance without downtime and side effect.

Shipping cost on this machine in the UK is £50, and payable seperately.
Handpiece replacements are approx £450 each, and are the only consumable parts required for the machine.
