Home Staging

Description

Hello, I'm Lina Gorz, and I am an interior designer and home stager with a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces. With ten years of experience in the industry, I have had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, from homeowners to real estate agents and developers.

I believe that design is about aesthetics, functionality, and how a space works. I work closely with my clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyles and to create spaces that reflect their unique personalities and styles. I strive to bring a fresh perspective to every project and push design boundaries while staying true to my client's vision and budget. Whether it's a residential or commercial space, I believe every space has a story to tell, and I aim to help my clients bring that story to life. Whether you're looking to sell your property or transform your home or office, I'm here to help you tell your story through the art of interior design.

In addition to interior design, I also specialize in home staging for people selling their properties. I understand that selling a property can be a stressful and overwhelming process, and my goal is to make it as smooth and seamless as possible. As a home stager, I create visually appealing and functional spaces, helping potential buyers see a property's full potential and envision themselves living there. From decluttering and organizing to furniture rental and complete staging services, I offer a range of services to help my clients prepare their properties for sale.

Lina and her team did an outstanding job on our flat. From the repairs to the painting to the final staging, every detail was handled with real care and skill. The result completely transformed the space and put us in a strong position for sale. Lina herself is hardworking, dependable and a genuine professional to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for a refurb or staging project.

I had a great experience working with Lina, very professional, responsive and loved her minimal Scandinavian style design I was after. Just what I was looking for and what a wonderful result! I was very happy with her design ideas and liked that they were so practical and flexible. One of my favourite parts about her work is her use of 3D realistic visuals so you know exactly how your space will look. I would highly recommend her.

Lina has been amazing helping us conceptualise ideas for an open plan kitchen, living room and bedroom in a newly built extension. We had not worked with an interior designer before and were a bit nervous about the process. She took time talking to us to find out what we wanted to achieve and exploring our style rather than imposing her style on us. She also challenged us to ‘think outside the box’ to creat a space that truly reflects who we are and meet our needs as a family. I’m really looking forward to implementing her exciting ideas - bold asymmetrical colour blocking and zoning, here we come!

Lina has an incredible eye, impeccable work ethic and unfailing professionalism. She was able to articulate my taste far better than I could and has created a space that exceeds my wildest ambitions. She kept my project on task, went above and beyond to deliver what I needed, and most importantly was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m looking forward to working together again soon!

I have contacted Lina from House of ONO to refurbish my flat, which included redesigning the layout and redecorating it from scratch. The entire process was smooth and very professional. Lina was particularly great in accommodating and communicating my needs with the professional builders. The flat now looks amazing. It has a calming and contemporary look which I think was achieved by the creative design plan and the attention to details
