Our experience with Simple Living Today was excellent! We wanted to furnish an empty bungalow which had been repainted, carpeted and new blinds fitted throughout ready for sale. Debbie responded promptly to our initial enquiry and came to visit the property and offer a package to suit our requirements. Everything was done very professionally and we were very happy with the outcome - a beautifully but simply furnished property, with attention to every detail which made it feel very homely and welcoming. The staging, along with the decorating etc we had done significantly increased the value of the property, and it was under offer within just 3 months. We contacted Debbie through a Bark to help stage our house for sale. To be honest, we weren't expecting too much as it was to test the market, but Debbie responded quickly. We had a lovely chat and although we were looking at much larger home staging companies, she presented a very non-pressured solution whilst justifying her services well. We decided that we needed someone who understood us and the house to give a more personal service, and this is exactly what Debbie produced. She was sensitive, but convincing when making decisions, easily contactable for ideas and wholly dedicated leading up to the marketing photos and viewings. On the day of the photos, she arrived early (and had been to the flower wholesalers before arrival !), took control and worked tirelessly with the photographer while we could enjoy the process, rather than worrying about the results. The results were simply stunning and resulted in an offer well over asking price on the first viewing made, with a cost roughly half (including purchases) of the larger companies contacted. All in all, very happy customers.
