Right to Manage (RTM). Want greater control over how your block is run? We guide you through every step of the RTM process, from confirming that your building qualifies to setting up your RTM company and taking over management.
Block Insurance Review. Block insurance is too often renewed on autopilot. We check whether your cover still fits your building as it is today rather than as it looked a decade ago, which can uncover significant savings and better protection.
Transparent pricing that puts leaseholders first
Comparing managing agents and reviewing your block insurance is completely free for leaseholders. There are no hidden costs, no commission on premiums and no obligation to switch. Managing agents pay us directly when they win your business.
Our Right to Manage service has a fixed, published fee of £144 per participating leaseholder, with no surprises.

We specialise exclusively in block management for leaseholders and residents' management companies. We do not provide lettings or tenancy services. This includes finding tenants, tenant referencing, tenancy agreements, deposit registration, inventories, check in and check out inspections, rent collection, rent guarantee and evictions.
