This service is to activate Apple CarPlay and Android Auto onto your Mercedes Benz.

Make sure you smartphone has Apple CarPlay compatibility or Android Auto some Android phones are not compatible. Update your smartphone to the latest iOS or latest Android software. Please check your car model, year & month of manufacturing before purchasing.

There's no guarantee it will activate, if it doesn’t I won’t charge you.
Some manufacturer dates work outside of the dates e.g. CLA that is manufactured in Oct 2015 and it works every time with no issues. There is no guarantee it will work on yours. Some AMG’s are not supported e.g A45 AMG and CLA AMG. Some E & S Class 01 2016+ have known to also work. Your car needs USB port with smartphone integration symbol. Check under the centre armrest you should have 2 USB ports, one with a smartphone symbol (see pic). It will only work on the NTG5 Star1 version, the dashboard should look similar to pic attached.
If it doesn’t fall under these requirements, then it will be £200 for carplay activation for the newer cars.
Mercedes Benz will charge you £250 - £600 to activate this function or when you buy a new car.
2019 models onwards are not supported.
Cash on collection service provided. Please note this won’t make your screen touch compatible, you still have to use the Mercedes wheel/mouse to navigate.
Disclaimer: I will not be held responsible if this causes any issues what so ever on your Mercedes Benz. I haven’t had any issues, it either activates or doesn’t. If you already have apply CarPlay on your Mercedes and want Android Auto, you risk losing Apple CarPlay.
