Selling my Hyundai i40 Blue Drive Saloon for a symbolic price. It’s a great, comfortable and economical car, but unfortunately I’ve spent the last 2 months trying to fix an ongoing engine problem and can’t afford to continue.

The car is currently NOT starting and the dashboard warning lights are on.

⚠️ Current issues:

* White smoke from exhaust
* Metallic knocking noise from engine

* Cuts out and won’t restart

🔧 Work already done:

* High-pressure fuel pump replaced
* Timing chain kit replaced

The 4 injectors alone are brand new and still under warranty. If someone decides to fit a replacement engine, the injectors could be sold separately, helping recover a significant part of the purchase price of the car.
