I am delighted to offer a welcome to Hypnotherapy At The Scented Touch. I have been a practising professional clinical hypnotherapist since 2012.

I like to tailor my individual client depending on needs and expectations. In my experience, one size does not fit all, so I am only too happy to discuss your own specific needs.

I couldn’t recommend Julia enough. She makes you feel very welcome and puts you at ease. I went to see Julia because I’d been battling a gambling addiction for a long time an it was taking over my life. An I also have an anxiety disorder and had problems with anger. I finished my third session an I can honestly say I feel a lot more like the person I was before the gambling to hold an im not getting angry at the slightest thing. Also I’m not feeling as anxious as I was. I feel wonderful. Julia is amazing an im forever greatful. If anybody is thinking of having hypnotherapy then Julia is definitely the lady to go to xx

I couldn’t recommend Julia enough. She is very welcoming and puts you at ease straight away. She explains the whole process clearly and discusses what you want to achieve from Hypnotherapy. I was struggling with anxiety and after my third session I can happily say I haven’t had the awful anxious feeling that I was getting every day. If you are considering Hypnotherapy with Julia go for it you will not look back.

Words cannot describe how special Julia is. She has such a calming nature, but her words during hypnotherapy are incredibly powerful. She has helped me so much with getting over a phobia. This woman has given me my freedom back. If you are considering hypnotherapy for any reason, Julia is the woman to see!
