I offer a warm, inclusive and non-judgemental space where you can explore what is happening at your own pace.
My approach is integrative, drawing on counselling, psychodynamic thinking, parts work and hypnotherapy depending on what feels helpful for you.
I particularly work with anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, neurodiversity and LGBTQ+/GSRD experiences.
Sessions are available online, and I offer a free introductory call so we can see whether working together feels like the right fit — with no pressure or obligation.
