Nuria, I honestly don’t know how to thank you. When I stopped the weight-loss jab, I was terrified – scared of feeling hungry again, scared I’d binge, scared I’d gain everything back and people would judge me. I had ZERO confidence in myself. But working with you changed everything. You helped me trust my body again, understand my emotions around food, and stop fighting with myself every day. I feel calm now. I eat with peace.
