Stephanie is an exceptionally reliable and highly professional cleaner. She looks after our four-bedroom home each week, as well as helping with washing and ironing, all to an outstanding standard. Her communication is excellent, and we regularly plan together which areas of the house to deep clean next. She is incredibly thorough—our home has never looked or smelled better. Stephanie goes beyond surface cleaning, taking the time to move items and ensure every space is properly cared for. She works independently, uses her initiative, and clearly takes pride in maintaining high standards. Stephanie also brings her own equipment and uses eco-friendly products that leave the house both fresh and beautifully clean.

We appointed Stephanie recently and she is hardworking, punctual and a pleasure to have in our home helping with the daily chores. Very thorough and very good with pets (we have a new kitten).
