Having both worked for large healthcare recruitment businesses, they saw that there was a gap in the market for a business that could apply the compliance and business standards of a corporate organisation, but with the personal approach. Emma and Derek visit their Clients regularly, get to know their specific needs and wants and this ensures that they can tailor a very personalised service for their Clients. Listening to the needs and wants of their Clients is the most important aspect of the care they provide. They employ approximately 120 Workers, all of whom go through a very thorough registration and compliance process, interviews, they are referenced and have their training kept up to date, a service that Newton proudly provides for free.
