I live around 60 miles away from my dad, so finding the right care company was really important to me. From the very first conversation, Personal Promise Home Care stood out, and I honestly can’t thank them enough for the support they’ve given us. Sharlean, the owner, has been absolutely incredible. She is so approachable, understanding and genuinely cares about the people she supports. You can tell this isn’t just a business to her, she really wants the best for every client and their families, which gave me so much reassurance from the start. The carers themselves are kind, respectful and reliable. They don’t just rush in and out, they take the time to build a relationship with my dad, which has made such a difference to his confidence and overall wellbeing. Knowing he’s being treated with dignity and care when I can’t be there means everything to me. Communication has also been brilliant. Living so far away, it’s so important for me to feel kept in the loop, and the team always make sure I’m updated and aware of how things are going. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. I finally feel at ease knowing my dad is in safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Personal Promise Home Care to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate care provider.
