A domiciliary care provider delivering a high standard of person-centred care built on 20 years of working in the Health and Social care through the NHS in different community nursing roles . In these roles we worked with other agencies such as Social care services and commissioners

Northamptonshire has become our home and place of work for nearly two decades and we have worked as Advanced Nurse Practitioners, District Nurses, Specialist Public Health Nurses ( Health visiting)
We have worked in the out-of-hours services, urgent treatment centers, and GP surgeries which involved the management of minor illnesses, long-term condition management, medication reviews

We endeavor to make a difference to the local community not only by gold-standard care and support but also creating employment opportunities.

We were really pleased with the care my husband received whilst I was recovering from surgery We particularly appreciated having the same two carers who came twice daily,always at the prearranged time They were always bright and cheerful and brightened our day, whilst helping Allan to dress etc and finding time to do other little jobs without me having to ask I will request Brightwater if we need help again in future

Handing over the care of a very loved parent is so hard . Due to my father’s declining dementia he required daily help with all personal care - We could not have made a better choice in Brightwater Care . Both Chipo and Florence were outstanding carers. Always punctual cheerful sensitive and totally professional. Both my parents looked forward to their twice daily visits giving them the confidence to remain safely in their own home . Our family highly recommend Brightwater Care -

I employed Brightwater Care for a morning visit to my elderly Mother. We have both been very pleased with the care my mother receives. The lovely ladies that visit, help Mum to get up in the mornings, shower, dress, whilst getting her some breakfast & seeing to her dogs needs. The place is always left clean & tidy as they do some light cleaning in the kitchen & leave some things in place for Mum that makes her life easier for eg filling the water up in her automatic tea maker & leaving her dogs dinner ready for later in the day. Chipo the manager is also fabulous & will always contact me with any concerns they have. We absolutely recommend Brighwater & when the time comes to increase the care for Mum, we will undoubtedly do so with them. Thank you
