Job Description

Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.

Contract: Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary.

Qualifications

Leaving Cert level education or aboveNVQ qualification or equivalentAbility to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer serviceExcellent communication and teamwork skillsExceptional attention to detailHands on and proactive approachAble to work autonomously and as part of a teamExcellent time management
