Training & Development ManagerCentral London Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
We're looking for an experienced Training & Development Manager to support and elevate teams across a growing hospitality business based in Central London.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about people development, coaching, and creating impactful training programmes that genuinely improve performance on the ground.
The Role:Designing and delivering training programmes across FOH and management teams
Supporting new openings, promotions, and internal progression
Coaching managers to become stronger leaders
Embedding company standards, culture, and best practice
Measuring training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
About You:Previous experience in a training or L&D role within hospitality
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident working across multiple sites
Passionate about developing people and improving standards
Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
