Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organising and supervising all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Support in controlling costs and maintaining health and safety standards.

Help foster a positive team environment and uphold legal and company standards.

What we're looking for:

Experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar supervisory kitchen role.

Passion for British cuisine and attention to detail.

Strong team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach.

Previous experience in a hotel environment is desirable but not essential.
