As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to support the kitchen operation in Stow–on–the–Wold. You'll help the pub deliver consistently high–quality dishes while creating a positive environment where the team can develop and perform at its best.

You will:

Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operationsLead and motivate the team during busy servicesEnsure dishes are prepared and presented efficientlyMonitor food quality, taste and consistencyHelp develop new menu items and seasonal specialsTrain and mentor junior kitchen team membersMaintain a clean, safe and organised working environmentEnsure food safety and hygiene standards are followedWhat we're looking for

The successful Sous Chef will bring strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for quality food to this Stow–on–the–Wold kitchen. Previous experience within a busy pub, restaurant or similar fresh–food environment would be ideal.

You'll also need:
