The Kirkwall Hotel is a beautiful harbour front hotel friendly team that are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for its busy kitchen. With expansion plans in the future, there is opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sous Chef role:

Overseeing food ordering

Food preparation

Delivery of operations

Managing a team with the Head Chef

Stock control

Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations

Qualifications and Skills

Other key characteristics:

Experience as a Sous Chef for a minimum of 3 years

Ability to work with the kitchen team.

Experience working in a fast paced environment working with fresh food essential.

Ambition to progress your career and to strive for the best standards possible
