Responsibilities of Sous chef

Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes across clubhouse dining, events, and functions

Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards

Supervise and train junior kitchen staff

Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation

Manage stock control and assist with ordering

About you

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous xjnqpsq ready to step up

A passion for fresh, seasonal food

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Food hygiene certification (Level 2 minimum)

Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings for events
