Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a Snr Chef de Partie to join their highly talented team, for a stunning Food Led Pub in the picturesque Surrey Hills village, Gomshall, between Guildford and Dorking.

This is a large and busy site on food - easily taking in the region of £25-30k a week on food. A Chef competent and who works well in a busy service is essential in ability.

Delivering great food ensuring they build an excellent reputation at an iconic Surrey pub.

The Client

The Chef role would offer a good quality of life, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

You will also be key to ensuring a high level of quality fresh, local and seasonal food, to build the strength of reputation the business whilst assisting in leading a talented team..

Requirements

An ideal candidate for this Chef Position would be:

City & Guilds / NVQ qualification or qualified by experience

· The ability to take the lead as required and have the experience to ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly

· Have a passion for great food and a customer focussed mindset

· Be honest, dedicated, and hardworkingapproach

· Have Enthusiasm take real pride in achieving exceptional results

· Be adaptable and have a great sense of humour! xjnqpsq

Previous Proven experience in a relavent Chef role

Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes

Hours

Based on 48hrs a week 5/7 day basis
