We're looking for an experienced Senior M&E Sales Executive to join a busy Hotel operation in Glasgow. If you have a strong hospitality sales background and enjoy driving revenue, building client relationships and developing a team, this could be your next career move.

Monday to Friday office hours, with some weekend flexibility when required

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and develop the M&E sales team

Drive enquiry conversion and deliver excellent customer service

Apply effective pricing and selling strategies

Support forecasting, demand analysis and promotional planning

Monitor performance against revenue KPIs

Oversee event schedules, billing and post-event follow-up

Work closely with Operations, Reception, Accounts and other departments

Conduct show rounds and client appointments

What we're looking for:

Previous meetings and events, hospitality or venue sales experience

Proven supervisory or team leadership experience

Strong commercial and revenue management awareness

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Confident communication xjnqpsq and relationship-building skills

Proficiency with Opera PMS or Cloud and Delphi essential
