Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including kitchen surfaces and equipment Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders accurately Upsell additional menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of food and cleaning procedures
