We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team within an exceptional luxury countryside destination renowned for outstanding food, service and guest experiences.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth, efficient and highly guest-focused service.

You will lead from the front, maintaining a visible presence throughout service whilst building strong relationships with both guests and colleagues.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiencesCreating a smooth, efficient and consistently high-quality serviceInspiring, motivating and developing team members to achieve the highest standardsBuilding strong relationships with guests and ensuring a genuinely personalised experienceWorking closely with the Head Chef to maximise the overall food and dining experienceEnsuring menus, service standards and operational procedures are delivered consistentlyWorking closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless communication and collaborationMaintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, Health & Safety and complianceSupporting team performance through coaching, feedback and ongoing developmentCommunicating operational performance, successes and areas of focus with the wider management teamWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager within a quality-led restaurant, luxury hotel or premium hospitality environmentA genuine passion for food, hospitality and exceptional guest serviceA natural leader who leads by example and enjoys developing peopleExcellent attention to detail and strong organisational skillsConfident managing busy services whilst remaining calm and professionalStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSomeone who enjoys building genuine relationships with guests and colleaguesA good understanding and appreciation of sustainability, provenance and seasonal produceA polished, engaging and professional approachWhat's On Offer
