The Opportunity

As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring outstanding service standards.

You'll work closely with senior management to drive operational excellence, support team development, and help establish a strong culture within a brand-new venue.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team. Maintain exceptional service and guest experience standards. Support daily restaurant operations. Manage reservations and customer enquiries. Recruit, train and develop team members. Handle guest feedback professionally. Support stock control, rotas and operational procedures. Maintain compliance, cleanliness and service standards. About You

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or Floor Manager. Background within a quality hospitality environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for customer service and hospitality. Organised, proactive and calm under pressure. A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail. Benefits
